Direct
InRoom Humidification
The direct air humidification supplies the conditioned air through systems installed directly in the room. Depending on requirements and needs, the following systems can be used here:
Isothermal direct steam humidifiers, adiabatic high pressure atomizers, adiabatic ultrasound humidifiers, adibate two-component systems, adiabatic cold evaporator systems.
HVAC-
Air Humidification
An indirect humidification solution via an HVAC system means the integration of air humidification in a ventilation system. Different options are available:
Isothermal steam humidifiers, adiabatic high-pressure humidifier nozzles, adiabatic dual-substance nozzles, adiabatic ultrasonic humidifiers or adiabatic cold evaporators.
Adiabatic Cooling
Evaporative cooling is the most economical way to cool production halls, equipment and machine environments, recooling systems and cooling towers or rooms. Evaporation of just one liter of water generates approximately 630 W of cooling power.
Air Purifier
Mechanical or electrical filtration have been the basic technologies for cleaning room air up to now. However, each of these filter technologies has limitations. Either filtration efficiency or airflow will be significantly affected.
While conventional air purifiers only push polluted air through a filter, our air purifiers combine these two filter technologies.
The result: very clean air in less time and with extremely low-noise operation and very low energy consumption.
HVLS Fans
Large air volume at low speed. HVLS fans are used in large industrial and commercial halls, hotels, atriums and outdoor facilities. Due to the slow speed that can be automatically adjusted by temperature sensors using frequency-controlled motors, a gentle air movement is generated and an optimal climate is generated. Summer / winter operation enables energetically favorable and extremely economical, climatic regulation. In summer, large amounts of air are moved down during normal operation. By regulating the speed of rotation, warm, pent-up air is gently guided from the ceiling to the floor in winter (destruction).
Water Treatment
For stable productions, requirements and processes, a certified water treatment offers security and consistent quality.
A good water treatment consists of different pre-filter stages to separate or bind the smallest particles. Softening systems remove the hardness-forming components from the water, such as lime by means of ion exchange, and thus ensure soft water. Hygiene filters (ULtrafilters) or reverse osmosis systems (hyper filters) in conjunction with UV reactors ensure the hygienic operation of systems or processes.

With the conclusion of a maintenance contract, you always have all costs in view and we have your systems. We know the peculiarities of light, air, water systems and can therefore always react quickly. In conjunction with a maintenance contract, we offer extended warranties and regular service intervals.

In the past, the "air humidity" parameter was very often neglected in air conditioning technology. However, constant air humidification control generates many advantages. A constant value between 40-60% relative humidity increases the feeling of comfort, reduces infections, stabilizes the material moisture, improves production properties of machines, minimizes dust pollution, prevents ESD problems and, depending on the system, generates a cost-effective adiabatic cooling effect.
